Simon is the Principal of Wade Deacon High School and the Lead Principal across the Wade Deacon Trust’s Secondary phase. Simon is a highly successful leader with a proven track record of leading school improvement and improving standards; his strength lies in his commitment to professional development and in particular developing aspirational leadership focused on improving teaching and learning. In his Lead Principal role, Simon currently supports Hillside High School and The Grange Academy and leads on collaboration and quality assurance across the secondary phase.
