With over 20 years’ experience in the Education Sector, Juliet’s particular skillset lies in Primary Education. She has been a highly successful Primary Principal, led two schools in the role as Executive Principal and is also an accredited Local Leader in Education. As the Lead Principal of the Wade Deacon Trust, she sets the overall direction for the Primary Academies, securing educational success through effective strategic planning, high quality leadership, coaching, governance and by developing collaboration across the academies to ensure they continue to improve.
